Founded in 1954 by master cheesemaker Giuseppe Saputo and his son Emanuele (Lino) of Montelpre, Italy. Saputo has successfully transformed the delication and initiative of its employees by being one of the top twenty dairy processors in the world; the largest dairy processor in Canada, among the top five cheese producers in United States and the thrid larget dairy processor in Argentina.
